It’s as simple as not running the dishwasher, washing machine or shower during a storm. You’ll reduce the possibility of sewage overflows into the lake.

Don’t flush unused medications or over-the-counter drugs down the drain. They cannot be filtered through the sewage system and go straight into the lake.

Waste not,
want not.

Be mindful of when you can conserve water. Even when you’re brushing your teeth or doing the dishes, turn the faucet off when you don’t need it.
